" We have used Ms. Conzetta twice in finding our home. The first time was a much easier experience than the second. Both times however, Ms.Conzetta was actively working on our behalf with our best interest always at the forefront of her mind. Our second attempt was to purchase a home. We began the process to find our home in ample enough time to insure a seamless end of our leased rental into a smooth morgage closing. Sometimes, as we found out, even the best plans sometimes don't go as planned. Our closing got pushed back, not once, not twice but three times. I did mention that our lease was up at the prior home, didn't I? We had NO place to go and found ourselves moving (redundantly) into a extended stay hotel for 14 days! Not one day while being "held up" in the hotel did a day pass without us hearing from her. While it was not a comfortable situation, having Connie as out realtor made a horrible situation...DOABLE!
